In addition, we provide comprehensive support from the day you join until the end of your contract, so you can relax and enjoy your time with your family.

Our Support

Support before you join

For those who want to become an au pair or demi pair but have concerns or worries about whether they can do it and are hesitant to take the first step to participate, we will contact you by message or phone before participating to explain the support we will provide and tell you about our experiences, and help to alleviate some of your anxieties.

matching

We will interview the participants and their families to match them with suitable partners.

For those who are unsure about their English, we will suggest families who can interact with children in Japanese, and for those who want to work part-time, we will suggest families with schedules that allow for part-time work.

training

Once the family you will live with has been decided, you will undergo training before starting your au pair or demi pair relationship.

You will have the opportunity to hear from people who are currently working as au pairs or demi pairs, and we will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We will also give you advice on things to be careful of when interacting with children and things to be aware of when living in Australia, so that you will be fully prepared on the day.

Support in Japanese

Rest assured that we will provide Japanese support from the day you join until the end of your contract!

Before we start, we will explain everything in Japanese, including the family schedule and house rules. Also, if you have any problems during the au pair/demi pair arrangement, we will always be available to assist you in Japanese.
